All sales are final. Each KAOS piece is carefully chosen or made just for you, and we stand by the quality of our work.

That said, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll do our best to make it right on a case-by-case basis.

Permanent jewelry services are final sale once the piece has been welded. If your chain breaks within 7 days of your appointment, we’ll re-weld it at no cost. After that, a small service fee may apply.
